Processing and Shipping

Every Simply Engrave necklace is personalized and made to order. Processing begins after we receive the information and files needed to create your order. Any processing or delivery estimate shown on the product page, order confirmation, or checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping rates

• Canada: Free Standard Shipping.
• United States: Standard Shipping — CAD $12, where U.S. checkout is available.
• Express: CAD $20 for Canada and the United States where the service is available.

Available services can vary by destination, postal or ZIP code, carrier availability, and checkout configuration.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be provided when the selected service includes tracking. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak holiday volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Cross-border orders

For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, brokerage charges, local taxes, or other government fees that are not collected at checkout may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or significantly delayed parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel has been lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier as appropriate.
